Charged twice when changing credit card

My Question or Issue

Hello everyone. Four days ago I've changed the credit card used in my subscription. Then I was charged 10 reais (Brazil currency), which hasn't reversed yet. Is this normal? How long it usually takes for this value to disappear from my credit card bill?
