Charged twice when one account was cancelled

I have 2 Spotify accounts which one of them disappeared all of a sudden cause it was related to the Facebook profile. I wrote about the issue weeks ago and the best solution was to cancel that profile. Well, I did and now weeks later I’VE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN FOR THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION OF THAT ACCOUNT THAT I DON’T USE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. They sent me an email notifying that it would be cancel within 7 days and they still charged me. You better find a solution to refund me those 9.99€ you took for my subscription of the account I’m not using. Some of your help advices work like s**t cause you can’t do anything when your account has become a bunch of numbers. I hope you can solve this ASAP.

It's technically not possible to close an account with an active subscription. If you reached out to our support teams to have it closed for you, it's best to get in touch with them again so they can take a look backstage and see what's what.
