My Question or Issue

 Hello, a couple of days back i got my money refunded because of a false pop up of a free trial that after it charged me the money for the premium. Today i got my money back, but suddenly after some time the money was charged again for no reason. I thought maybe i left the subscribtion. But when i went to my spotify it didn’t even upgrade me to premium. Any thoughts?

Hi there,

In this case, I'd recommend reaching back out to Support and letting them know that you've been falsely charged again.
