Charged twice

Hi,

 

I pay 14.99 euros per month for Spotify Family. This month I was charged the usual 14.99 and then an additional 9.99 as a separate transaction on top. What is this and how do i get my money back? Its not listed on my payment list in my account but comes under Spotify on my credit card statment just like the other transation.
