Charged twice

Charged twice

I have noticed today that I have been charged twice for this months premium subscription. On 12th June 2 payments for £9.99 went out. Neither are pending and the money has been deducted from my account. Please can you let me know how I am reimbursed this charge.

If you see multiple charges and they’re not pending, you could have more than one Premium account.

 

Just to make sure that's not the case, could you follow these steps to see if you might not have any other accounts with an active subscription?
