Charged two times but didnt get the premium.

Hey, i registered for student account and its verified. When i charged for 1st time, i didnt get my premium acc. I tried 2nd time; i got charged as much as student acc cost but again, i didnt get my premium. I need help. U can see my invoice on attachments.

• Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
• If you're on Premium, try reinstalling the app with the steps here.
• If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
