Charged whilst on free trial

I just got my premium account and because you get asked your bank details, they charged me already. No free trial at all.

Remember that the 30-day free trial is for users that never had Premium before. Also, if the payment shows as pending, this could explain things.

I did have spotify Premium Canada. Does that not make me elegible for the
free trial in Spotify Spain? (I moved). Thanks for your quick answer
though, I really appreciate it.
