Charging me money

I did not pay for the spotify subscription and spotify is charging me 10 dollars so I canceled my subscription and it still charged me

Hey @Rmonet89,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

All it said was "welcome to premium" ughhh

It sounds like you didn't complete the cancellation process. Please give that another try via your subscription page. You'll then receive a confirmation email shortly after that.
