Charging me

Charging me

I cancelled the premium but it's still charging me another month and I don't want another month. The subscription is in transaction on my back account but how do I make sure it doesn't charge me again, because the Spotify website says that I have it until 6/30/17 which is another month. Can you cancel it for me

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
