Checkout delay

I have paid for premium subscription (KES **bleep**) per week for Premium but the checkout page has been loading for hours now.

Thanks for reaching out!

The checkout page shouldn't load for this long so I'd assume something has gone wrong. What I'd advise in such situations is to check your receipts page first. If you can spot the latest payment there but you're still unable to see your Premium features, try logging out of the app and back in and your Premium should appear!

If there's no receipt though, I'd advise re-trying the payment via a different device or from an incognito browser window. A different internet connection can also make a difference ๐Ÿ™‚ It's also a good idea to check the status of your payment with your bank and to verify with them if your payment method is suitable for subscriptions and international payments.
