Christmas premium account seem does not work

hey everyone! Can anyone help with this Premium account issue? I purchased it last year December (I had to pay an annual fee of it), it was a Christmas offer from them that i could save 2 monthly of paying. And now I checked my bank account and Spotify still discounts the monthy amount of money (I used to have also premium but without this advantageous xmas offer). How can I receive back my money, cause I dont want to pay them monthly again. Plus I couldnt find another way to reach them (in Hungary they dont have helpdesk yet -.-) ...
