Close account to which I can no longer login

I closed my facebook account somewhere in November/December 2018 which I used to log on my spotify account. (my facebook account was registered on *snip*)

I then created a new account with the address *snip* and started a new subscription linked to the same paypal account.

Every month i'm now getting billed twice, which I obviously want to stop so I need my old account to be deleted.

Who do I need to contact to get this done? The support page is incredibly inefficient to get this done...
