Estou sendo cobrada pelo serviço premium e não estou conseguindo usufruir do mesmo, como posso resolver esse problema?

I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

Could you try logging out > restart device > log back in? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend checking out this support article for some troubleshooting steps.

It didn't work. My subscription was cancelled, but I'm still paying it.
