Atualizei a forma de pagamento e tentei retornar ao spotify Premium, mas todas as vezes deu erro.

Logo depois chegou CINCO cobranças de uma vez no meu nubank e até agora a minha conta tá free

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see extra payments there, it means that they haven't gone through successfully on our end and you should receive them back automatically in a few days.


It looks like they show up on your bank statement as pending/processing. You can check this page for more info on that.


To make sure your payment does go through, you can take a look at this page to see if your card meet all of our requirements.


It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
