Estimados, he verificado un cobro a mi tarjeta de credito de spotify y es una suscribcion que no he realizado. Como puedo saber mas datos de este pago?

Llena este formulario y alguien de Spotify con gusto vera que sucede en un maximo de 24 hrs habiles.
Debes estar pendiente de la carpeta Spam, ya que muchas veces la respuestas llegan alli. Si recibes la respuesta automatica, responde a ese mensaje (aun si la direccion es 'no-reply') y un agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.
I had a spotify account in Argentina but when I arrived to Australia I had to create a new account (because Argentina account dessapeared!! and I lost my play lists) so I signed up to a 15 days premium trail. But, to be honest, didn't work!. After that, spotify has been charging in my debit card USA 4,47 each month. After all I don´t have a Premium account so in my bank account is being charged a monthly service free. How to I get my money back for a service I've never had? (I want to recover and stop monthly charge please!).

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:
Username/ID: xxxxxxx
Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

para resolver un cobro que me estan haciendo a mi tarjeta de credito de cuenta premium cuando uno no realizo el movimiento
la fecha de cobro es del 7 de julio del presente año, y me gustaria que se resolviera lo mas rapido posible, ya que a ese cobro indebido uno terminara pagando intereses por ese movimiento no autorizado.
