Combine two individual accounts into a family account

I have been paying for my son's individual account for years. Recently I got a premium account. How do I combine the accounts into a family account?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

You can subscribe to the Family plan with the steps here. Once you've upgraded, you can invite your son with these steps:

1. Go to your account page.
2. Under Subscription, choose Manage members.
3. Select the option to send an invite.

Your son will get a link and he'll need to:

• Log in to (or sign up for) his own Spotify account
• Confirm the full address (same one you registered)

If he's using the same device as you, you'll need to log out first so he can log into his account and accept the invite.

You both will keep your individual accounts with their own music and playlists, only the subscription is shared.
