Como canjear el plan de estudiante

Ya habia ingresado mis datos para poner el plan estudiante y fui verificado pero no lo contrate, ahora lo quiero contrartar pero me aparece que ya habia canjeado ese plan

Based on what you say it's possible that you only verified your student discount with SheerID, but never activated the subscription itself. 

In this case, we suggest that you check your email inbox, including Spam/Junk to see if the email with the activation link is there.

If you can't find it, you can reach out directly to SheerID. Their customer support team can help you out with the verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their system.
