Como hago para que no le salga propaganda a la 2da cuenta afiliada.

Tengo plan premium Dúo y a la 2da cuenta le sale propaganda y no la puede saltar.

Just to confirm, is the other user hearing ads while listening to music? If so, we suggest that you ask them to log out and then log back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between their account and device. 


If the issue persists, it's possible that they're logged into a different account. To check if they have more than one account, they can take a look at this FAQ. 


On another note, they can head to their Account page to check which info they registered on their account and their subscription type. If they still can't find their Premium account, they can reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist them with this.
