Como solucionar problema de pago de Spotify

Buenas, tengo un problema y es que al realizar el pago de la suscripción no me e dado cuenta que tenía seleccionado el pan de estudiante, además lo e realizado dos veces y a sido sin intención. Quería saber si se me puede reembolsar ese dinero o simplemente de esas dos subscripciones que e pagado asociarla al plan premium normal de 9.99€. Me sería de gran ayuda me intenten solicitar el problema gracias.

Sorry to hear about this problem.

 

The charges that show up for the student discount should be removed in a few days since the verification has failed. Check out this support article for more information:

Right now you should go sign up for the regular Spotify Premium and that will be the only charge that you have to pay for when it's finalized and goes through: https://spotify.com/premium

Tengo una cuenta premium por la que pagó $99 mensuales sin embargo, el día 27 de abril me hicieron tres cargos de $1188 porfavor necesito que me ayuden a solucionar este problema . El correo con el que abrí la cuenta es <removed>
