I hope you don’t mind me replying back on English.
You might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription.
You can check to see if you have any other accounts with Spotify.
If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend checking out this support article for the next steps to take.

This is an inacceptable spotify BUG!!!
Accounts has nothing to deal with this. I have exactly the same problem. I change my mobile then, every device I have loss the feature my lonely premium account!!!!
Please provide us for A REAL HELP because we are paying for NOTHING!!!
