My Question or Issue

Hi all,I currently have Premium and my kids have asked me to upgrade to Family so that they too can enjoy Premium (whilst I pay! :)). What is the best way to go about this. Do I cancel my Premium and then re-subscribe with Family membership or is there a way to simply upgrade without having to cancel. Any feedback is appreciated Happy NY everyone!

Hey @BrentonM, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

If you're starting a new Premium for Family subscription - all you need to do is choose the plan from your account, and it should tell you when you'll be charged. After that, you should be charged accordingly every month, and you can also add your kids to the plan.

There's more info on upgrading to Premium for Family here.

I hope this helps. If you need help with anything else, just let me know 🙂
