Hi
I moved to another country and l'd like to change payment card. But country need to be changed first and in "edit your profile" the scrolling menu for countries is inactive and in "subscription" I don't have any option to update it.
I did the subscription from the website not from facebook or any broadband provider.
Any Idea what to do?

You can update your account's country setting by doing the following:
The new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.
The thing I'm noticing is using the website the page for "subscription" is not the same at all. Another site?? different versions depending on the countries we're in?
Can you please try while using your browser's ingocnito mode and/or try it on another device?

Sorry for the delay but I m pretty busy with other things. I ve tried incognito mode on my pc and another device with no success. I alway accessed the same webpage which doesn t offer me the possibiliy of chaging the country it seems to be locked country wise.

If you're still having trouble getting your account's country setting updated, i'd recommend reaching out to Support via one of the channels below:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
