My Question or Issue

My problem is that I loaned my credit card to my brother so he could use the premium spotify, this happened last August 2018, now I use spotify premium too, so I asked him to cancel his premium, and he agreed normally, but I do not know if he cancelled properly, and now I need to know  if spotify is still charging his premiun on my credit card, so this is my question how could I know it? I want to continue using premium, but I want to make sure disabled his premium correctly, so my credit card don't charge it.

No worries, I'm here to help. To make sure that you've canceled his Premium correctly, he should've gotten an email confirming that he's canceled. Another way he can check is by going to his account overview page.

If it still states Premium and/or he didn't get a confirmation email, please make sure to cancel Premium here.
