My Question or Issue

I puchased Premium Duo on <sensitive info removed>, 2025. I invited my child a few times, but didn't have the bandwidth to help them troubleshoot how to get signed up, so we only just did that today. I'm wondering if it would be possible to be credited back to few months, given we didn't activate until 3+ months after I bought it. I am not the most tech-savvy, not do i have much bandwidth these days:)

I understand that you would like a refund. Please know that if a payment has already been processed on your account, canceling the subscription will not refund the payment, and your Premium will remain active until the next billing date. Any and all refund requests are handled by contacting Customer Support here.

Refunds can only be processed within a brief timeframe after the payment has been processed (date of purchase), and I would recommend making sure that you have all of your payment information on hand, as the Customer Support team will need that to verify your account.
