Credit card payment for unknown account

My Question or Issue

I got a serious problem, since several months I am receiving a 9,99 € debit on my credit card every months for a Spotify subscription that I never did. I susspect someone did without my permission but since I don't know the account I am not able to close it. How can I do???

My problem is that I guess this Premium subscription belongs to my ex wife and she is having it for free without me being consentient. I asked her to close the Premium subscription and make another one herself but she denied. I need to close this subscription. How can I do?
