Credit card was charged 4 times after updating payment method

Credit card was charged 4 times after updating payment method

I was using Premium provided free for 12 months by my mobile operator.

 

Yesterday 12 months was expired and Spotify asked for  refreshment of payment method. After multiple attempts I was able to save my credit card info. After this the card is issued 4 times, attached is the card transactions.
