Credit card was declined during payment but money was charged

My Question or Issue

I tried to subscribe the student premium but my credit card was declined as it doesn't allow monthly subscription but money was charged and I still didn't get the deducted money. I tried different methods 3 times and all failed but still money was deducted!

We charge each Premium plan once per month. If a charge doesn’t look right, check its status on your statement. You can also check your Spotify receipts here in order to keep track of your payments.

It's also a good idea to get in touch with the payment card provider. They'll be able to help you with more details on the transaction you've made.
