Credit card

Dear sir or madam,

I am a Dutch citizen living in Thailand. I have a credit card from a Dutch bank. This morning I wanted to upgrade to Premium.... but I couldn't because I was told I have a card from "a non Spotify country". But Holland and Thailand are both Spotify countries.

What can I do?
