Creditcard debited but no subscription into my account

Hi,

A friend has a problem.

He's got a spotify account and each month he pays 12.95 but when he logs in, the premium option is not activated on his account.

He has only one account. but he also tried to log in with the facebook account. Also no premium account.

The best part is that he can't contact anyone at spotify neither has access to the forum as it's not a premium account

The creditcard institut says that it's not possible to cancel the payment.

How can he do to contact someone pealse?

Is there human beeings behind Spotify product or is it 100% managed by machine (which explain why there is no customer care)?
