Cuenta premium cancelada por spotify con vodafone

Hola, 

 

Tengo desde hace dos años +- mi cuenta premium que la pago a través de la factura de vodafone y hoy me dice al entrar que la cuenta premium se ha cancelado y que la vuelta a contratar pero vodafone me la sigue cobrando, no entiendo nada.

 

Ya he hecho el procedimiento de cambiar contraseña, limpiar la lista de dispositivos conectados y nada de nada.

 

Alguna solución para no tener que pagar spotify por dos sitios?

 

Acabo de llamar a vodafone y me dicen que todo está activo como desde que dí de alta la cuenta premium.

In this case, it sounds like you might have another account that's not Premium. Try following these steps to find your Premium account.

The case is an i have only a one account and the all devices (iphone, mac, win),

The problem is i pay to vodafone and vodafone say all is correct and we can not do more. is spotify in what you have to look at.

 

From spotify I do not receive any support on my account, I can not use my spotify as I have been doing for years.

 

Can someone on spotify fix my problem?

They should be able to check out the status of your subscription and how it's looking from our end, and let you know if you need to reach out to Vodafone again 🙂
