I am a current spotify premium subscriber but have just changed to spark and have been offered free premium. How do I use this benefit and stop the charges to my account?

Hey @Danabrett, welcome to the Community!

If you signed up for Premium with us, then you'll need to cancel your subscription here first.

After that, wait for your subscription to revert to Free. When that happens, you'll be able to reach out to Spark to start your subscription through them.
