Daily mix is lost

Hi, i switched recently from free account to premium and I don't have a daily mix any more. (I used to have it in the free basic account) 

I also don't see the heart sign ❤ when I want to click it if I like a song. Or the dislike button. 

Could you please explain why as a paying customer I lost this feature?

Hey @Guya1, welcome to the community!

It's odd that you can't find the Daily Mixes after upgrading to Premium. Let's make sure you don't have other Spotify accounts. You could've subscribed on the wrong account that doesn't have your music.

About the heart icon, it should show on the Daily Mixes. However, you should see thumb up/down icons on Radio stations and other playlists to mold them to your liking.

unfortunately i see a daily mix playlist however its the same daily mix as
it was yesterday and a day before
i also used to get also daily mix 2 and daily mix with other
playlist styles i like as well

when i click in the daily mix i currently have on the 3 vertical points- i
get a list of options to choose instead of having the heart sign.
i can choose save. but i dont have any heart sign any more

I understand.

Your Daily Mixes are generated depending on what you listen to and save. If it's been a while since you listened to a specific genre, the algorythm may not have enough info to generate more mixes.

You can find all the info on how the Daily Mixes playlists work here.

About the heart icon, what device are you using Spotify with? On desktop, you'll see the Heart and Ban icons to modify it.
