Deactivated Facebook account but still charged.

I deactivated my Facebook account that I used as my Spotify log-in for a few months. I (naively) assumed that this would close my Spotify account, which was on a premium subscription. I didn't log in to Spotify with my Facebook account as I knew that would reactivate it. I've since realised that I was being charged for my subscription during those months where I thought my account no longer existed. Is there anything I can do to get a refund for these months? I realise that it's my fault but it's very frustrating.
