My Question or Issue

 So I was using Spotify free, when I saw an advertisement for “Three Months of Premium for $.99. So I clicked on the link in which it took me to pay page. I entered my card information and hit submit so I could recieve my premium. It immediately told me my card had been used and charged $.99. After I hit get premium, it told me I had already used an offer like that previously and that the deal would not work and offered me to view plans I could purchase. One being the three months for $.99. So I tried again and it charged me another $.99 and I still didn’t receive premium. So now Spotify has charged me $2 and I still don’t have my Three Month Premium deal. Someone please help because this is literally stealing my money and not giving me what it’s saying. Mind you this is through the Spotify website.

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
