Deceptive Advertising via e-mail

So I am curious why I am receiving advertising e-mails that appear to be a bait and switch. It has a much better deal in the subject line that I am actually eligible for in the body of the email. The email subject says "3days left: $0.99 for 3 months of Premium." When I open the e-mail that deal is not every mentioned again and now I am asked to pay $9.99 for 3 months......... Which is not even close to the deal in the subject. I am curious why your company has decided to us bait and switch advertising. I would like an answer before I report this advertising irregularity to the Michigan Attorney General and the United States Federal Trade Commission.

Noticed the same thing. I'd like to believe it was someone's mistake, but it is definitely something they could get in trouble for.

Came here to address the exact same issue. Saw the headline and figured why not, clicked through and only noticed the change to $9.99 once I was logged in to PayPal. Very deceptive and not ok at all.
