Declined Sim PLEASE HELP 😭

My Question or Issue

I'm a mobile user from the Philippines and both of my sims got declined, I was charged with the first when I had load, so I had to change to the second one but I had load few minutes AFTER I was charged for the second time (I think my load got into a traffic or something) then I can't use it anymore. I cancelled my subscription to try again but I can' use either numbers. O finally have load!! I can't use cards, I don' have one, so what to do?! Please help! Please 😭

According to what you're letting us know, it seems that the issue is originating from your wireless service provider. In this case, our best suggestion would be for you to get in touch with them in order to receive additional help on this.
