@gabblewae, if none of the steps above worked  I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this.

You can find some more info here on how to do this. They'll be able to help you better with your account 🙂

Hi @gabblewae,

Welcome to the Community.

In order to delete your account, you need to first, cancel your subscription.

It sounds that you may have a second account that still has the Premium Plan active.

I recommend you to check out this article and all follow all of its steps.

Hope this helps 🙂

Hello,

I have since deleted the Facebook account associated with the account and
it is no longer retrievable...thoughts? 🙂

Deleting your Facebook Account does not delete your Spotify Account.

Although you broke the connection between your Facebook profile and Spotify, you're still able to request a Password Reset. Go to this page  and fill in the email address that was used to log in to Facebook. You'll be able to create a password which you can use to log in and then cancel your Plan.

Just by deleting the Facebook account won't cancel it.

I created the Spotify with a Facebook account. So I assumed that the
Spotify account was unrecoverable.
