Deleted facebook account, still charged

My brother supscribed for the 3-months free premium subscribtion, but after about a month his facebook account got deleted. I couldn't cancel his subscribtion two months ago when the subscription ran out, so, naturally, I thought his spotify account got deleted along with his facebook acoount. But today he just got a letter from the bank, saying he's now being charged for a premium account.

How do I unsubscripe through a non-existing account?
