Deleted the app now im no longer a premium user...

Hi,

Deleted the app yesterday cause it was playing up... i then re installed it, logged onto my account and was no longer premium.

I got on the computer and seen that i had to update my payment details as the card was about to expire BUT i should still have been a premium user as my last payment was made on the 27/9/17.

Ive deleted the app and tried logging in several times but still no premium.

i log onto the spotify website and it says im premium and my subscription will renew again on the 27/10/17 but again... no premium on the app.

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account associated to you. If you'd like, you can find some useful information on how to locate additional Spotify accounts on this page.
