Descontaron de mi tarjeta pero no activa Premium

Hola Buenos dias,

El dia 10/12/2018 me descontaron del paquete de premiun familiar, pero hasta el momento aun no me activan el premiun y mi familia que estaba suscrita ya no esta en mi lista... ya pasaron 48 horas y hasta el momento no me activan el paquete familiar.

To access your Premium account, be sure to log in using the username which you can find in the email receipt you receive when signing up for a subscription. Use this username to log in on our website and you should be able to invite your family members. If it's still not working, try an incognito browsing session.
