Did not get my special offer

Solved!

Did not get my special offer

Hello,
I recently got the '3 months for 9,99 €' ad.
Because of the fact, that this special offer is going to end in a few days, I decided to buy a PaySafe-Card today. In my app I also had a '3 months for 9,99 €' button which I clicked - it led me to the menu where I could pay with my PaySafe code... However I did not recieve these promised 3 months but 1 month. I am really dissapointed because for me as a student that is just too much money and seems like a scam.
I am looking forward for help
Thank you

Hey @Joononas,

Unfortunately, neither prepaid cards nor Spotify gift cards can be used as a valid payment method for this offer.

Okay I've read that on the Spotify Gift Card, but there was no hint that this would also be the case for PaySafe-Codes... This is really unfortunate 😞
Thank you anyway

Same problem! Can you resolve it?

Do you know how to get the money back from the paysafe card

No i don't

The exact same thing happened to me & I'm very mad about that. At first I bought an iTunes Card to buy Premium. Then they said that it doesn't work like that anymore. Then I spent more money & bought a paysafe card. So I basically paid 25€ to get Spotify Premium for one month...that's not okay

**bleep**
