Didn't receive my premium but i paid for it.

Hi, 

I recently started a subscribtion and it said i will get 3 month's free but after i made the one cent payment for verification and got the verification email that said my payment was succesfull, I looked online on my account and it's saying that i still have free subscribtion and the question if i want to upgrade.

 

To be short: i made the payment and didn't receive my premium.

 

Can someone help me with this problem?

Hi @Martimartin

 

Could you log out and back into your account?
Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and account system. 

 

Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account.
You might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. 
Check to see if you have any other accounts
