Didn't received RM2 3 mnth promotion.

I choose RM2 3 month promotion by using credit card. But after the payment is process , there show me I paid RM14.90 as a premium user. But I choose RM2 , how come become RM14.90 ? Btw, I am a new user that haven't been use any premium yet.and I definitely paid it at before29/6, 30/6/2019 is thr promotion day .
