My Question or Issue

Hi. So I just started a family account with my boyfriend. Before the family account I had premium which I paid with from my own bank account. I updated the family account with our shared bank account. Will I get money back on my own account? Or will I pay for the remaining time until next payment from my own money?

Hi @Eeft, welcome to the community!

 

When you upgrade your subscription from regular Premium to Premium for Family, any remaining time that you've already paid for will be converted into a Premium for Family subscription, so this can bring your next payment date forward. You can review your renewal date on the subscription page.
