My Question or Issue

I live in Spain but I travel a lot to Portugal, now a days I’m in Portugal and I plan to renew my very old subscription, my question is with a family plan will my family in Spain be able to have premium same as me having premium in Portugal? 
will I be able to have premium in Portugal? Or just in Spain?

You won't be able to use Premium Family with the family if they live in a different country than the one you're in now. There's more information on Premium Family here.
