Disabling ads for Duo

My Question or Issue

When I start the app I get an ad for Duo even if I have premium.

I dismiss it but it will show up again next day or so.

Why?

If i habe premium I 9ay for no ads.

And, if I have no one to share duo with, why do you keep nagging about it?

I am so sorry to hear this. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? This should resolve the issue you're facing.

If you're still experiencing the promotional messages after you reinstall - make sure to take a screenshot of it so I can take a closer look.
