Discount for High school students

Hi! I am a student who wanted the discount, but I've had some trouble finding my university in the list and then uploading the documents asked. In the end I decided to choose Premium account for full price and 1 month for free. Today I rewied my bank account and noticed that Spotify took 2 times from my bank account 3,49 euro. Is it possible to get my money back?

Hello @peterjulija7 and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
