I'm in Indonesia, and I'm trying to subscribe to Spotify Duo with Credit Card, but it always redirect me to another payment method. Why? Does paying with credit card is not accepted anymore in Indonesia?
I've tried this method to resolve this problem:
1. Using incognito windows in Chrome.
2. Using another browser like Firefox.
3. Trying to pay through smartphone (Redmi note 9 Pro) via android Spotify app.
But the result always the same.
I'm prefer to pay with credit card is because it's more cheaper (according to Spotify website).
Please help me, give me a solution. Thank you.

Can you let us know if the same thing occur if you try from another device or with another internet connection?
Also - which payment method do they refer you to?

Yes, I've tried another device like my PC, laptop, or smartphone. And Yes, I've tried using another internet connection like my smartphone data, my home ISP and my office ISP. All with the same result, redirected to non credit card page.
What I mean by non credit card page is Dana and Gopay page. Dana and Gopay is like Paypal in US, but the problem is the price is different with the credit card (subscription) price.

Could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end when you're trying to pay with your credit card? Make sure not to send any private information.
Also, would you mind asking a friend to try with their account to check if they can see that option?

I think the problem is with the type of subscription. Because if I choose the individual one, I could pay with credit card. But if I choose the duo type, it gave me the Gopay/Dana page. Please fix this. Thanks.

Could a friend of yours log in to their account and check if they have the option to subscribe to Premium Duo with a credit card? Does the issue persist? We'll investigate this further.
