My Question or Issue
I paid the Premium Due, but my partner cant use the premium. When she puts the address, apear that the address is not the same of me. Im not sure if is because my account is brazillian and at the moment im living in Bolívia with her. Note: we Always put the same address, but it doesnt work.

Keep in mind that Premium Duo is a discount plan for 2 people who live together. If your account was registered in a different country, it will most likely be different than the one registered in the account of the user that is trying to join the plan.
In that case, as we don't have access to the users accounts to check the country registered, we'd suggest contacting Customer Support directly so they can take a look at it and help you further.
