Hi,
My wife had a spotify account, but cancelled it a year ago and is getting charged $10/month. We have tried seeing if her account was active (it's not), and have tried reopening and then reclosing the account. HOW DO I STOP GETTING CHARGED!!!! It's getting ridiculous! We have tried emailing customer service and nothing works. We need help ASAP.
